It's Monday
So it is Monday the 25th of September and I am a little tired this evening. It is only 9:53pm and not quite my normal time to snooze for the night. I looked back at the last few posts as it has been a while since the last one.
So I had the Second LAN Party and it went great. I had 8 people at one time playing and we played for about 4 hours. It was pretty awesome. 2 people left at around 7:30 so we had still 5 to 6 people playing. Another 2 left around 8pm and then there were 3. We played still yet until around 9:30 and that was about the time we wrapped it up for the night. I was quite impressed witht the turn-out and had an awesome time. Will be doing that again soon. UNREAL Tournament 2004 Rocks!
We went to the doctors for another visit at 16 weeks and all is still great and wonderful witht the pregnancy. We have told people now and most know about it. We go back in a few more weeks to find out the sex of our child. Well, if he/she is cooperating that day. We are pretty excited about it and can't wait until the day of birth. At this point in the pregnancy, we are trying to decide on a name. Trying to get one we like for a boy and a girl. I told my wife I was done trying to decide on one until we find out what it is. We don't agree on most names, but there are a few we both like. Can't wait to find out.
Other than that, things are going pretty good. AAHHHHHH...........it is starting to turn FALL! I HATE COLD WEATHER. OF course, one of the highlights of the fall season is the HARVEST HOMECOMING FESTIVAL. My wife and myself have made it a ritual to go to this town festival to have Roasted (buttered) Corn on the Cob and Chicken 'N' Dumplings. We usually go on the second, third, and fourth days as it starts on a Thursday and we have to work.
My other favorite thing about the fall season is HALLOWEEN. One of my favorite holidays. My neighbor and I have already started planning our Halloween night. Should make to be pretty cool. We have a fog machine and planning to do some stuff in his yard for the night. I will try and take pictures of some of it and post them here.
