Evening all.............how is everyone? Doing good I hope.
Well as we all are aware, that time of the year has rolled around. Yes, my fellow Bloggers and those who just read these, Christmas and the New Year are on our heels, once again. Time to shop and shop and shop, and just whan you thought you were done..........shop some more. Then, on Christmas Eve, when you are setting at home having a nice hot cup of coffee or a daddy drink, it will hit you. You forgot that one gift for that one person and then have to rush out to the WAL-MART in the hopes that there is SOMETHING left on the shelf that will do for the final gift. Fighting traffic and other shoppers doing that same last minute gift purchase, the whole way. GOTTA LOVE IT!!!!
After the New Year, the hard part of catching up on the bills that you put to the side for a month will hit. Not to mention the credit card bills that will make you wonder WHAT THE FUCK DID I DO!! I can honestly say that we are done shopping this year. I hate fighting the holiday traffic because the people that I normally cuss and get pissed at, are only 100 times worse during this time of the year. I dare not go there right now.
I didn't ask for much this year as we are a little hindered financially. Nevermind the details on that one. To everyone that asked what I wanted this year, I told them, "a gift card from BEST BUY". Maybe I can get enough to get what I really want..........a 19" LCD monitor. Yes I am still using a CRT at the moment but it is a 21". Now the ultimate would be dual LCD's (or a 26" wide screen LCD) but that is really stretching it. Highly doubt that will happen, but I can dream!
Honestly, I am truly happy that we are still pregnant and everything is going great. That is the best gift I can have this year. THAT gift will come a little late but will make me happy just the same.
If I don't get back on here before the holidays are over, everyone have an awesome Christmas and New Year and as always.............update your anti-virus and spyware software................and HAPPY SURFING into the new year......
